We offer worldwide shipping and you can select in which way you would like to receive your orders, Standard or Expedited.
- Standard Delivery
FREE Standard Shipping is automatically applied to your orders on qualifying items.
Shipping fee will not be set as for free if orders are made only with non-qualifying items. (Non-qualifying items: Accessories, Sales items, etc) If you would like to check whether free shipping is applied for your orders, please find the checkout page.
Estimated delivery time for the standard shipping is 10-25 business days and it will vary a lot from country to country. If you would like to receive your orders in a certain date, please select Expedited Shipping for the delivery option.
*Due to the COVID-19 Worldwide Pandemic, Standard Delivery will not be applied to several countries. If you cannot find your country on the Standard Shipping list, please find DHL(Expedited) option, or contact us via Email for further details.
- Expedited Delivery
Expedited shipping is a shipping option that gets a package to its destination faster than standard delivery. It normally takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
* Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request a return or exchange on your order.
* Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
